At PCBCupid have been working on a custom 4G module for Mecha Comet, and we’re excited to share an early look with the community.
This module is designed as a drop-in for M.2 that’s already in Comet, while keeping things flexible, accessible, and well-integrated with the Mecha Comet ecosystem.
Key Features
- 4G LTE connectivity for high-speed communication
- 2G fallback for better coverage in low-signal or legacy areas
- M.2 form factor (Works on non-comet devices as well)
- Focus on reliability and ease of integration
Current Status
This is currently a work in progress. We are:
- Done with manufacturing & assembly of 1st revision.
- Testing connectivity and network stability
- Optimizing power consumption and antenna performance
